MEETINGS is the only national tradeshow in New Zealand for the Business Events industry, organised by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA). Once a year, the conference, meetings & events, exhibition and travel incentive sector come together to discuss new business opportunities across the country.
Spanning two days and celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026, MEETINGS remains New Zealand's premier business events trade show. It connects buyers and sellers from the conference, meetings, exhibition, and incentive travel industry and fosters the exchange of ideas and knowledge.
MEETINGS 2025 will be held at the Auckland Showgrounds, Auckland, 11-12 June 2025.
