Our tours will have you suited up in thick wetsuits and heading out to view New Zealand fur seals in their natural environment. The seals are completely free to come and go as they please and have never been trained or enticed in any way. As operators we are licenced by New Zealand’s Department of Conservation and we work hard to work in with the natural behaviours of the seals.
Seal Swim Kaikoura has been owned and operated by a local Kaikōura family since 1987.
